Another Victory for American Top Team Tracy!
American Top Team Tracy’s full-contact squad continues to shine, with Billy James making his long-anticipated debut at the WBC Muay Thai show in Stockton, California, on Sunday, December 8.
At 35 years old, Billy stepped into the ring as the oldest debut fighters in our “full contact” team’s history—and he proved that age is just a number. From the first bell, Billy brought relentless pressure, showcasing incredible conditioning and an unshakable will to win. For three hard-fought rounds, he dominated the pace of the fight, leaving no doubt in the judges’ minds. Billy secured a unanimous decision victory, an impressive start to his full-contact journey. We couldn’t be prouder of his performance and dedication. The sky’s the limit for this fighter!
The WBC Muay Thai show itself was a major success, marking a milestone in their efforts to gain full regulatory authority in California. With the California state inspectors grading the event highly for safety and efficiency, the WBC continues to move closer to achieving their goal. Their commitment to professionalism ensures a bright future for the sport in our state. Bravo to WBC Muay Thai, USA, for another excellent event!
Stay tuned as American Top Team Tracy prepares for more action in the coming months. We’re just getting started!
