American Top Team-Tracy Family,
In an effort to proactively support the efforts and recommendations of the San Joaquin Public Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control being made to contain and slow the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 in our community, American Top Team Traditions will be closed beginning March 16, 2020 through March 29th, 2020.
Classes will resume to the normal schedule on Monday, March 30th.
Originally it was our goal to provide our students with some normalcy during this difficult time. Although there have not been known or confirmed cases in our Academy, the health and safety of students, families, and staff is a priority and we want to act on the side of prevention with this virus.
As you know American Top Team-Tracy employs several full-time and part time staff members, who we are committed to compensate and assist during this time that we are closed. In this challenging time, we’re asking for your understanding and support in the situation we now find ourselves in.
Please, don’t Hold or cancel your account. so that you may return to a thriving Academy and dedicated staff.
In the best interest of our students, families, and staff:
*Weekly communications will be kept
*Fun, curriculum focused online training videos that will help students maintain their training momentum will be provided weekly.
*Opportunities to "make up" missed classes in the months of April, May, and June 2020. Please know that you will receive the classes you’re paying for, and all missed time will be extended to you. All of our team is training 2-3 times per week. When this is over we will go to a unlimited amount of training days per student for the months of April, May and June to insure that you and your children receive their lost 6 classes.
*Black Belt Graduation will be held Saturday, April 4th
*Color Belt Graduation will be held Saturday, April 18th
American Top Team-Tracy home training videos will be posted on a online training portal this week! We believe it’s important to keep training. Experts agree; staying in shape, eating well and getting plenty of rest is the key toward developing a healthy immune system.
We don’t take this decision to close lightly, but as always, we want the best for all of our students, families and the community. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
